Anil Sadineni, CTO, leads engineering at Raynmaker, where he built the architecture and platform behind our proprietary RaynBrain system and agentic voice automation stack. With two decades of experience in distributed systems and large-scale infrastructure, he designed a production-grade coordination layer to handle real-time decision-making, interaction, and automation—with no human fallback. Anil’s work powers the world's first deployable agentic architecture for sales: fast, resilient, and ready for real-world volume.

Dearv O’Crowley leads product at Raynmaker and architected the system design behind our V1 agentic and voice AI platform. With two decades building complex SaaS platforms across the US and Europe, she defined the orchestration logic, automation structure, and compliance guardrails that turn AI into a shippable, sellable product. Her work makes agentic AI usable from day one: clean, autonomous, and built to perform without rescue.
