Erik has significant experience in transforming operations and developing new processes in contact centers. After starting his career on inbound phone calls as a registered representative and moved into consulting assisting healthcare contact centers and their finance processes.
He’s also worked on large M&A integrations including the management of contact center combinations during his time at Deloitte. In his free time, Erik spends as much time as possible with his family in the Colorado outdoors.
